"When your furnace dies in the middle of winter, you need to be able to get help fast.  Chad Williams at Quality Heating and Air was here within 8 hours of my call for help.   I'm a rather technical gal (i.e.I like gadgets, technology). But I'm quite the novice when it comes to furnace and HVAC systems.  Quality Heating and Air installed my unit the next day and it came with a 10 year parts and service warranty.  When deciding on a unit, I asked Chad if he had to put a new unit on his home, what would he buy.
